The building on Evpolidos Street, in Kotzia Square, previously housed the headquarters of a bank. Its original layout was strongly introverted, with numerous internal partitions that blocked the diffusion of natural light. The main challenge of the new design was to make the best possible use of natural light while creating an open, functional environment capable of meeting the growing needs of Campeon Gaming. To achieve this, a large portion of the existing partitions was removed, and the spaces were reorganized across three levels.

On the ground floor, the design is structured around three circulation zones. In the front area, the reception is framed by a meeting room and a visitor lounge. In the second zone, the main open-plan workspace accommodates 72 workstations, while at the center of the space there is a box containing private offices and collaborative areas. The recessed parts of the shell are utilized for booths and storage spaces, keeping the circular circulation flexible and clear.

On the upper floor, the new glass partitions provide privacy without limiting the flow of light, accommodating work teams as well as the CEO’s office. High-end furnishings and close attention to detail shape an environment of comfort and luxury that reflects the company’s identity.

In the basement, the design takes on a more vibrant and social character. The gathering area, with its striking illuminated library and bold colors, creates a distinctive setting for meetings and events. The large kitchen functions as a central point of interaction, reinforcing the sense of community and encouraging engagement among the teams.

The new offices of Campeon Gaming strike a balance between functionality, openness, and experience, creating a workplace that encourages collaboration while expressing the company’s dynamic identity through a contemporary and flexible design.
